First, download the app by following the instructions below:

1. Allow Telegram to download APK file:
   1. Go to your phone's Settings.
   2. Go to Security & privacy > More settings.
   3. Tap on Install apps from external sources.
   4. Select Telegram
   5. Toggle Allow app installs on.
2. Install zenwe_fyp.apk file
3. For any app pop-up asking to "send xxx" , Click "Don't Send"
4. Important! : Allow Camera access for Zenwe app

Second, prepare for breathing session:

1. Go to your android phone Settings > Display > Screen timeout or Sleep Setting > Change time to "10 min"
2. Put on your earphones and sit comfortably on a chair.
3. On a laptop, open the Google Form to start the user study.
